We provide a wide range of mechanical and repair services for automotive, agricultural, mining, road construction, handling machinery. We carry out repair of units of various degree of complexity.

Production capabilities:

• Production and repair of screw units L up to 5000 mm as a single unit. Welded screw units can be of any length.
• Repair of splined units, except for torsion bars and semi-axes.
• Repair of shafts and pulleys L up to 5000 mm, replacement of castings with welded structure.
• Boring works for metal structures of box-type products 1200x1200x4000.
• Repair of rods and hydraulic cylinders, materials for rods are provided by customer.
• Repair of beams, axles, frames of agricultural machinery.
• Manufacturing of special bolts.
• Repair of BPW and SAF axles, complete rod replacement.
• Repair of pinion cages from customer’s repair kit.
• Repair of pivoted axles of trucks (boring of internal holes for pin bushings).
• Production of expansion glands.
• Straight-tooth gears up to and including module 10, ᴓ up to 600 m.
• Unification/production of sprockets (chain transmissions) from imported ones to standard domestic chains.

Delivery terms and deadlines for repair work are negotiated on individual basis.
